**Role & responsibilities** **Instructional Designer** **Preferred candidate profile** - Knowledge about ID theories and models, such as ADDIE, ARCS, Blooms Taxonomy - Hands-on experience in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Whatfix, WalkMe, SAP EnableNow - Should have worked on application-based content - Should have recorded and edited simulations - Create course design, storyboards, Work Instructions, Quick Reference guides - Decide instructional strategies that would fulfill the course objectives - Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to get requisite information - Excellent technical, verbal and written communications skills. - Team player and a self-starter who can work independently to exploit technologies
