For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com. **Job Description:** Job Description Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters ͏ Customer Communication/Relationship 1. Participate and contribute in DSM 2. Present and Project to Internal Stakeholders 3. Take and implement feedback from stakeholders with regard to content changes 4. Raise Red flags & keeping stakeholders with regard to any delays or potential problems. 5. Update the Content Repository up to date. 6. Share daily updates on progress on Tasks. 7. Keeping Bugs upto date with progress on task assigned. Project Management & Change Management 1. Provide timely updates on task. 2. Raise alrets for hinderances or blockers in a timely manner. 3. Ensure high quality standards. Compliance & Ethical execution 1) Ensure adherence to organizational and business policies (business operations, risk management, HR policy adherence) 2) Responsible to report non-compliant behavior timely to the correct POC/Team 3) Timely completion of mandatory courses 4) Ensure compliance to tools usage when creating training content 5) Adheearing to the NDA and not sharing sensitive or private data. Instructional Design / Centent 1. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training requirements and performance gaps. 2. Design and develop engaging and effective instructional materials, including e-learning / Instructoe Led Training Modules, Videos, Presentation Decks, and write ups etc. 3. Create comprehensive training curricula and learning paths that align with business objectives and learner needs. 4. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather accurate and up-to-date information for content development. 5. Define clear and measurable learning objectives that guide the design and development process. 6. Select and implement appropriate instructional strategies and methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles. 7. Integrate technology effectively into the learning experience, utilizing authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia elements. 8. Develop assessment and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness of training programs. Training Delivery & Facilitation **1) Create Facilitation Gudies that help trainers to:** i) effectively deliver training sessions and engage learners. ii) adapt to learner needs and address questions iii) maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters participation and collaboration. iv) Implement strategies to actively engage learners during training sessions, using interactive activities and discussions. v) Provide constructive feedback and support to learners, offering guidance and addressing any performance gaps.Technology Application1) Effectively integrate various learning technologies (e.g., LMS, authoring tools, multimedia) into instructional materials to enhance learning experiences. 2) Create and edit multimedia elements (e.g., videos, animations, interactive simulations) to support learning content and engage learners. 3) Demonstrate proficiency in using relevant software applications for content development, such as graphic design tools, video editing software, and eLearning authoring tools. 4) Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to learning technologies 5) Stay informed about emerging technologies in the field of instructional design and evaluate their potential for improving learning outcomes. ͏ Knowledge Management 1) Create and maintain knowledge repositories, accessible to all required POCs and stakeholders 2) Update and sign off training content at agreed intervals Role & Leadership Development , Talent Strategy and Management1) Show initiative in seeking out learning opportunities to enhance instructional design skills and knowledge. 2) Actively participate in team projects, offer guidance and support to colleagues, and potentially mentor junior team members. 3) Take ownership of projects, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage tasks effectively. 4) Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the scope of instructional design projects.
