**Job Title: Academic Trainer- English** **Company:** Next Education Pvt. Ltd. **Travel Requirement:** 70%–80% **Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent **Job Responsibilities** Conduct English language training sessions for students and teachers. Design and deliver teacher training programs to enhance classroom effectiveness. Develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans and resource materials. Provide ongoing academic support and mentoring to teachers. Evaluate and improve teaching methods and language proficiency. Monitor and assess student and teacher performance. Stay updated with the latest educational trends and methodologies. Collaborate with academic teams for consistent quality in delivery. Maintain records of training sessions, assessments, and progress reports. **Qualifications / Preferred Candidate Skills** Bachelor's degree in Arts (BA, MA). Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in English. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively. Willingness and ability to travel to different locations for training assignments.
