JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Training Delivery: Conduct high-impact English language training sessions optimized for both student development and professional teacher upskilling. • Program Design: Conceptualize, design, and deliver targeted teacher training modules built to enhance immediate day-to-day classroom effectiveness. • Content Creation: Develop curriculum-aligned, comprehensive lesson plans and interactive resource materials tailored to institutional benchmarks. • Academic Support: Provide continuous, structured academic support, guidance, and professional mentoring frameworks to field teachers. • Methodology Upgrades: Rigorously evaluate language proficiency levels and introduce improvements to existing teaching methods and pedagogy. • Performance Metrics: Regularly monitor, assess, and benchmark performance metrics for both students and participating teachers. • Educational Innovation: Proactively track and integrate modern educational trends, global language tools, and progressive training methodologies. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with central academic teams to guarantee consistent delivery quality across all partner zones. • Documentation: Maintain meticulous logs of training deployment, assessment reports, and localized progress milestones. QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED CANDIDATE SKILLS • Education Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Arts with a strong specialization track in English Literature or Linguistics (BA, MA).
