Instrumentation Engineer - Commissioing

Job description

- Strong knowledge of process Instrumentation & Analysers - Commissioning and start-up of PLC/SCADA. - Loop checking of Instruments at site ensuring compliance to quality guidelines, Safety standards and Industrial regulations. - Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of instrumentation failures and PLC works. - Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance of Instruments. - Monitor and maintain control systems to ensure continuous operation and reliability. - Verify the documentations, P&ID's, Drawings and specifications. - Inter discipline coordination and communication for commissioning. - Coordination with PLC/SCADA vendors and Instruments Vendors at site. - Process Operation control philosophy verification and corrections based on site condition. - GPRS communication troubleshooting
