Analyst/Consultant/Manager Insurance Practice: Industry Consulting, Global Network, Strategy \& Consulting Areas of Work: Insurance (core) Level: Analyst / Consultant / Manager Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore Years of Exp: 315 years As part of the Insurance practice, you will leverage industry experience, domain expertise, and transformative technologies to help insurers, reinsurers, and insurance brokers thrive in a dynamic future. Your role involves redefining operating models and powering growth journeys for clients. Responsibilities Deliver assigned insurance projects across claims transformation, distribution and marketing transformation, cost reduction, digital transformation, tech/ops transformation, applied intelligence, analytics, and automation. Support business development and draft responses to win new business. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and liaise with other groups for successful project delivery. Build and leverage networks within Accenture to bring the best capabilities to the client. Help grow the practice and attract top talent. Support asset development, contribute to thought leadership, and participate in capacity building. Qualifications Strong consulting and technology acumen. Experience in insurance value chain, including distribution, underwriting, policy, and customer service. Expertise in at least one line of business (Life, P\&C) or subLOB (e.g., workers comp, property, specialty). Excellent client engagement skills throughout the project lifecycle. Ability to produce highcalibre reports, PoVs, marketrelevant assets, and accelerators. Strong analytical skills to clarify complex issues and generate datadriven insights. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Crosscultural competence and ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment. .
