ICICI Lombard has received numerous industry awards for excellence, innovation, and social responsibility. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Financial Advisor role based in Guwahati. The Insurance Financial Advisor will engage with customers to understand their financial goals and risk profiles, and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, performing financial and retirement planning assessments, explaining product features and benefits, and preparing proposals and policy documentation. The role involves monitoring client portfolios, providing periodic reviews, ensuring timely renewals, and supporting claims-related queries in coordination with internal teams. The Insurance Financial Advisor will also contribute to business development by generating leads, participating in local outreach initiatives, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards. **Qualifications** - Strong foundation in Finance, with applied knowledge of Insurance and Investments to recommend appropriate products and solutions. - Skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to analyze client needs and design comprehensive, long-term financial strategies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. - Ability to work with numerical data and analytics tools to assess risk, returns, and policy suitability. - Proven customer-service orientation and ethical approach, with a focus on compliance and regulatory guidelines - Prior experience in insurance sales, financial advisory, banking, or related domains is preferred.
