The Advisor will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals, analyze their needs, and recommend suitable life, health, retirement, and investment-related insurance solutions from LIC’s product portfolio. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting client consultations, preparing financial and retirement plans, explaining policy features and benefits, and assisting clients with documentation and policy servicing. The role also involves maintaining long-term client relationships, monitoring policy performance, and staying updated on LIC products, regulatory requirements, and market trends. Advisors are expected to collaborate with branch teams, participate in training sessions, and work towards sales and service targets in a professional and ethical manner. **Qualifications** - Ability to provide comprehensive financial planning and retirement planning advice aligned with client goals. - Solid understanding of finance and investments to explain returns, risks, and long-term wealth-building strategies. - Knowledge of insurance principles, products, and regulations to guide clients on suitable coverage options. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet sales and service targets. - Basic proficiency in using digital tools and office software for client records and reporting. - Prior experience in financial services, banking, or insurance advisory is an advantage. - Minimum educational qualification of a higher secondary certificate; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business, or related fields is preferred.
