Our in-house WMS & TMS platform integrates with the clients ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and other enterprise applications to enable seamless inventory management, order fulfillment, inbound and outbound operations, transportation execution, and business visibility across the supply chain. We manage large-scale integrations between client ERP systems, warehouses, transportation partners, carriers, and customer platforms, processing millions of transactions through APIs, middleware, and automation frameworks. **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Integration Consultant** to lead the scoping, implementation, testing, and support of integrations between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, transportation systems, and customer applications. The role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, APIs, and enterprise integrations, along with the ability to work closely with clients, operations teams, product teams, and developers to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end integration projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare support. - Scope, design, and implement integrations between WMS, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Unicommerce, Vinculum etc.), TMS, e-commerce platforms, carriers, and vendors. - Conduct client workshops, integration discussions, and field mapping sessions. - Prepare and maintain API specifications, integration documents, process flows, and solution design documents. - Coordinate SIT, UAT, go-live activities, and client sign-offs. - Troubleshoot integration failures, data mismatches, and operational issues. - Collaborate with business, operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and support. - Monitor integration performance and drive continuous improvements. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in enterprise application integrations. - Experience integrating WMS platforms with SAP and other ERP systems. - Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics processes. - Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, EDI, and middleware platforms. - Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with WMS solutions such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Krber/HighJump, SAP EWM, or Oracle WMS is a plus **AI & Automation** - Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Kiro, or similar platforms to improve productivity and solution delivery. - Ability to leverage AI for documentation, process mapping, requirement analysis, test case creation, log analysis, Inventory reconciliation, testing or workflow automation, SQL generation, and troubleshooting. - Understanding of AI Agents and experience in automating business processes within enterprise integrations and supply chain operations. **Tools & Skills** Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), SQL, Google Workspace, API Integration, Data Mapping, Middleware Platforms, Integration Monitoring Tools (Cube APM, Coralogix, etc.), Troubleshooting, Client Communication, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Kiro & others
