Shift : UK Shift( 2:30-11:30pm IST) **The Opportunity:** We are seeking a highlyskilled and experienced Senior Integration Developer with a strong backgroundin Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and deep expertise in Oracle HCM Modules.This crucial role involves designing, developing, and implementing robustintegration solutions that connect our human capital management systems withother enterprise applications, ensuring the efficient and accurate flow ofHR-related data. You will play a key role in transforming our integrationlandscape and supporting our global HR operations. **Key Responsibilities** Own integration solution architecture andintegration strategy for assigned programs/projects. Translate business/functional requirementsinto scalable integration designs: interface contracts, payload models,mappings, and non-functional requirements. Design and build OIC integrations(orchestrations, routing, transformations, enrichment, validations) usingreusable components and standards. Implement secure connectivity andauthentication: OAuth 2.0/2.1, Basic, certificates, keys, wallets; ensurecompliance with enterprise security controls. Develop file-based integrations usingSFTP/FTP, CSV/XML, and Oracle Fusion load patterns such as FBDI/BIP/UCM (asapplicable). Define and implement robust operationalpatterns: error handling framework, exception routing, retries,replay/reprocessing, and idempotency. Drive testing strategy: unit tests, SITcoordination, test data strategy, defect triage and fixes, and UAT support. Own deployment and release management:versioning, packaging, environment promotion (DEV/SIT/UAT/PROD), and rollbackreadiness. Set up monitoring and operational readiness:integration tracking, alerts, dashboards, runbooks, and support handover/KT. Perform code reviews and enforce engineeringstandards for performance, resiliency, maintainability, and documentation. Mentor junior developers and lead technicaldiscussions with stakeholders (business, functional, security, infra, andexternal vendors). Must-Have Technical Skills Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): connections,integrations, schedules, lookups, libraries, packages, monitoring and troubleshooting. Strong API engineering: REST/SOAP, JSON/XML,WSDL/OpenAPI familiarity, pagination, throttling, error semantics. Data transformation skills: mapping bestpractices, XSLT where needed, canonical model approach, and schema validation. File-based integration: SFTP polling patterns,large file handling, chunking/batching, and Fusion load patterns (FBDI/BIP/UCMwhere applicable). Security fundamentals: OAuth, JWT concepts,client credentials, mutual TLS/certificates, secrets handling, and least-privilegeaccess. Operational excellence: logging, correlationIDs, retry strategy, dead-letter/error queues (conceptually), support runbooks. Good working knowledge of SQL for dataverification, reconciliation, and troubleshooting **What You Will Do:** Design Development: Lead the design,development, and implementation of complex integration solutions using OracleIntegration Cloud (OIC) for various enterprise applications, with a primaryfocus on Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll,Absence Management, Talent Management, Benefits). Technical Expertise: Leverage your in-depthknowledge of OIC capabilities, including integrations, process automation(orchestrations), and visual builder to create efficient and scalable solutions. Oracle HCM Integration: Work closely with HRteams and functional consultants to understand business requirements, identifyintegration points, and translate them into technical specifications for OracleHCM Module integrations. API Development Management: Develop,configure, and manage APIs within OIC for various integration patterns,interacting with HCM APIs. Troubleshooting Support: Provideexpert-level support, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and optimizeexisting integrations for performance and reliability. Best Practices: Advocate for and implementintegration best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines withinthe OIC platform, particularly concerning sensitive HR data. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical designdocuments, mapping specifications, and support documentation for allintegration solutions. Collaboration: Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including architects, functional consultants, businessusers, and other developers, to deliver integrated solutions. Mentorship: Mentor junior developers andcontribute to the continuous improvement of our integration developmentprocesses. Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest OICfeatures, Oracle Fusion HCM updates, and industry integration trends.What YouBring: **Experience**: 7+ years of experience inenterprise application integration development, with at least 3-5 yearsspecifically focused on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Oracle HCM Domain Expertise: Proven experienceintegrating with and understanding the data models and business processes ofOracle HCM Modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits). OIC Proficiency: Hands-on experience with OICcomponents such as Integrations (App Driven, Scheduled, File-based), ProcessAutomation, Visual Builder, and Adapters (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Adapter, RESTAdapter, SOAP Adapter, FTP Adapter). **Technical Skills:** Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, andREST/SOAP web services. Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for datamanipulation and validation. Familiarity with security concepts inintegrations (e.g., OAuth, Basic Authentication), especially for sensitive HRdata. Cloud Experience: Understanding ofcloud-native concepts and experience working with cloud platforms (preferablyOracle Cloud Infrastructure). Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complexintegration issues. Communication: Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technic
