**Job Title :: Intelligence Automation Developer** **Location :: Hyderabad (Remote)** **Minimum relevant experience :: 7** **Job Description:** - Design, develop and implement intelligent automation solutions using UiPath, including UiPath Agents, UiPath Maestro, AI Center, Document Understanding and relevant Microsoft Azure capabilities. - Conduct comprehensive process analysis, specification and solution design to identify automation opportunities and define optimal delivery approaches. - Manage UiPath Orchestrator integration, deployment and ongoing maintenance of bot infrastructure across multiple environments. - Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain automation processes and bots in production, ensuring high availability, performance and reliability. - Produce clear solution design documentation, technical specifications and process outlines to support clarity, maintainability and knowledge transfer. - Ensure the quality and robustness of automation solutions through rigorous quality assurance processes, proactively identifying and preventing potential defects. - Adhere to organisational security, compliance and governance requirements, implementing best practice for intelligent automation development and deployment. - Actively contribute to the ongoing development and expansion of the firm’s Intelligent Automation capability and knowledge base. - Collaborate with stakeholders and clearly articulate complex RPA solutions to non-technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrable experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer using automation technologies, particularly UiPath. - Extensive experience amending code, testing solutions and preparing automations for production go-live. - Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert in Robotic Process Automation development and technologies, especially UiPath. - Experience working in iterative development environments. - Strong proficiency in UiPath. - Experience using UiPath Agents, UiPath Maestro and AI Center to support agentic automation, process orchestration and AI-enabled automation use cases. - Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder engagement skills. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate and articulate RPA solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience contributing to the development of RPA capability, standards and reusable assets. - Experience working with databases such as SQL. - Experience building and maintaining UiPath infrastructure. - Experience creating attended and unattended bots. - Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, PowerShell or VBA. - Experience in process optimisation. - Experience maintaining and managing Orchestrator across multiple processes and environments. - Self-motivated, able to work independently and confident taking initiative without always being directed. - Strong time and project management skills. - Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. - A professional and confident style, with drive, enthusiasm and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent attention to detail. - Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and web services. - Understanding of DevOps pipelines, including change, release and deployment processes. **About Ascendion:** - Ascendion is an AI-native software engineering disruptor helping businesses innovate faster, smarter, and with greater impact.
