Location: Pune Work Mode: Work from Office Experience Required: 3 to 11 Years Walk-In Date: 1st Aug 2026 Time: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM Venue Tata Technologies 25, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase 1, Hinjewadi, Pune - 411057 Job Description: 1. Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of complex automotive interior components and systems, including Instrument Panels, Consoles, Door Trims, Seating, Headliners, and Pillars. 2. Generate detailed CAD models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using advanced CAD software such as CATIA V5/V6 . 3. Drive the design process from initial concept through to production release, ensuring all design deliverables meet program timelines and quality standards. 4. Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, packaging analysis, and clearance checks for interior components, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. 5. Ensure manufacturing feasibility, assembly efficiency, and serviceability of all designed interior parts, applying DFM/DFA principles. 6. Act as a technical lead, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior engineers on design methodologies and best practices. 7. Collaborate closely with styling, packaging, CAE, manufacturing, and supplier teams to integrate design requirements and resolve technical challenges. 8. Participate actively in design reviews, present design solutions, and incorporate feedback to refine interior component designs. 9. Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company-specific design guidelines. 10.
