**About the Role** We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Architect / Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing luxury residential homes and premium commercial spaces, with the ability to transform client requirements into elegant, functional, and innovative designs. The role requires strong design sensibility, technical expertise, project coordination, and the ability to manage projects from concept through execution. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for luxury residential and commercial projects. - Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, space planning, and design development drawings. - Create detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and interior detailing. - Produce high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations. - Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines. - Collaborate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project management teams. - Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor in line with project aesthetics and budget. - Conduct site visits to monitor execution quality and ensure adherence to design intent. - Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups. - Resolve design and technical issues during construction. - Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. - Stay updated on global design trends, luxury materials, and innovative technologies. **Required Skills** - Strong design and space planning abilities. - Excellent knowledge of luxury interior materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. - Strong understanding of construction detailing and execution. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail with a passion for design excellence. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. - 15 years of experience in luxury residential and premium commercial projects. - Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end design projects from concept to completion.
