Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for the client at the store. - Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store. Achieving monthly sales target for the store. - Responsible for handling customer walk-ins and understand their needs. - Conducting site visits (client home) for site measurements and installation. - Design using software to the satisfaction of the client. - Managing existing customers order updates, follow up on site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback etc. - Booking orders on software and coordinating for the material dispatch with backend teams. - Required to do follow-ups post sales. - Maintaining database of & follow-up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region. - Required to report sales and order booking data to manager regularly.
