Leveraging data analytics and VR tools, the platform aims to transform traditional real estate marketplaces and build India’s first MLS, while scaling adjacent brands like Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital as category leaders. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North, focused on projects in the HRBR layout. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, develop design concepts, and present layouts, mood boards, and material palettes. Daily responsibilities include space planning, creating or reviewing construction drawings, coordinating FF&E selections, and ensuring designs align with project budgets and timelines. The role involves frequent site visits for measurements, supervision of installation, and quality checks, as well as coordination with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive, functional, and aesthetically aligned interior spaces. The Interior Designer will maintain accurate project documentation, adhere to safety and compliance standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and templates. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to develop concepts and translate them into practical design solutions. - Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and FF&E, including layout optimization and selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment that fit design intent and budget. - Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings, including preparing and interpreting detailed drawings for execution and coordination with on-site teams. - Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools. - Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in residential or commercial interiors (experience in Bengaluru/HRBR layout projects is an advantage). - Strong client communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors. - Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and execution practices, along with a focus on quality, timelines, and cost management.
