**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage and maintain Windows Intune environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Configure and deploy software updates, patches, and configurations using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) or other relevant tools. - Troubleshoot issues related to End User Computing (EUC), including desktop deployment, application management, and user provisioning. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements for IT services delivery. **Job Requirements :** - 6-12 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Intune, SCCM, EUC. - Experience with configuring group policies for various settings like GPOs & WMI.
