Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and experienced **Inventory Unit Lead** to oversee inventory operations, ensure stock accuracy, manage a team, and streamline inventory processes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and experience in warehouse or inventory management. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Inventory Operations team. - Ensure accurate inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and record maintenance. - Plan and execute daily inventory operations across warehouses and distribution points. - Monitor stock movement, shortages, excess inventory, and discrepancies. - Conduct cycle counts, physical stock verification, and inventory audits. - Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams. - Maintain inventory data in ERP/WMS systems. - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. - Implement inventory control measures to reduce stock loss and improve accuracy. - Train, mentor, and evaluate team members. - Ensure timely dispatch readiness and inventory availability. - Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Eligibility - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. - 36 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Operations. - Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience. - Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse operations. - Experience with ERP/WMS software. - Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Preferred Skills - Experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Retail, or Technology-driven Operations. - Strong understanding of Inventory KPIs and process optimization. - Knowledge of barcode/RFID-based inventory systems is an added advantage.
