Investments Manager (Back Office)

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Take net cash flow from Business Operations into account to prepare overall cash flow situation on a daily basis. - Collate inflows and outflows arising out of T-1/ T date Investment transactions and other corporate actions. Intimate the Investment team well in advance on daily fund requirements and surplus, to enable optimum utilization of funds. - Send fund transfer instructions to Custodian Bank for investment in mutual funds. - Match equity contracts received on STP websites by the brokers, with the deals placed by the Front Office to validate and settle the deals. - Report/ accept CD-CP deals on the F-TRAC platform with counterparty and send bank instructions to Custody in order to settle the deals within market hours. - Create the investment transactions master and maintain the investment system to ensure that the system is updated at all times. Prepare daily stock reconciliations and bank reconciliations to ensure that stocks are updated in the system and that it matches with Custodian holding and bank balances
