**Must-Have\\*\\*** **(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)** **Mobile Application Development** • Flutter Framework • Dart Programming Language • Native Android Development (Java/Kotlin) • Native iOS Development (Swift) • Cross-Platform Mobile Development **Mobile Architecture & Integration** • MVVM / Clean Architecture • RESTful API Integration • State Management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod) • Push Notifications • Offline Data Synchronization **Development Tools & Practices** • Android Studio & Xcode • Git Version Control • Firebase Services • CI/CD Pipelines • Agile/Scrum Methodology **Required Qualifications** • 5-8 years of experience in mobile application development. • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter application development. • Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter SDK, and mobile UI development principles. • Experience developing native Android applications using Java/Kotlin. • Experience developing native iOS applications using Swift. • Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs. • Experience with mobile application deployment through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. • Strong understanding of application performance optimization and security best practices. • Experience in mobile application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. **Good-to-Have** - Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Cloud Messaging. • Knowledge of GraphQL APIs. • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud services. • Exposure to Microservices architecture. • Experience with Mobile DevSecOps practices. • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Flutter Test, Espresso, and XCTest. • Experience developing enterprise-grade mobile applications. • Mobile platform certifications or Flutter certifications.
