"Job Description ? Mobile Application Developer (iOS / Android) Engagement Model: Staff Augmentation Experience: 3?5 Years Work Location: Pune / Hyderabad (Work from Office) Shift Timing: 2:30 PM ? 11:30 PM IST Role Summary Persistent Systems is looking for a Mobile Application Developer with strong iOS expertise and good Android experience to join our mobile engineering team. The role requires hands-on development capabilities, experience working in a CI/CD-enabled environment, and quick onboarding under a staff augmentation model. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms Primary focus on iOS development, with ability to support Android modules as required Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and mobile best practices Actively participate in CI/CD pipelines, build, and release processes Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and stability Mandatory Skills 3?5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development Strong iOS development experience (Swift, Xcode, iOS frameworks) Good Android development exposure (Kotlin/Java, Android SDK) Experience working in a CI/CD environment Proficiency with Git and version control systems Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and best practices Good-to-Have Skills Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks App Store / Play Store deployment exposure Experience working on enterprise-scale or BFSI applications Additional Information Candidate must be willing to work from Pune or Hyderabad office Should be comfortable with 2:30 PM ? 11:30 PM IST working hours Immediate to short notice candidates preferred This looks pretty good except they shouldn?t really need Android at all? we?ve got the android side covered pretty well.
