**Roles and Responsibilities** - Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations, SOPs, and batch records. - Conduct BMR reviews, BPR reviews, and Batch release activities. - Perform In-Process inspections to ensure quality standards are met. - Review stability protocols and reports for accuracy and completeness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. **Desired Candidate Profile** - M.Pharma degree from a recognized institution (preferably). - Minimum 18-25 years of experience in IPQA or related field. - Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines (cGMP). - Proficiency in BMR review, BPR review, Batch release processes.
