If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?About the role:As a QA Test Lead, you’ll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest. This critical role involves establishing compliance processes with your team and implementing a quality maturity roadmap for each IT functional area.What you will be doing: · Reporting into the Quality Assurance Director you will be leading the team of QA Test Analysts in a large program of work · Preparing Test deliverables such as Test Plans, Test Execution Status Reports/Metrics, Team Status Reports, Test Summary/Completion Reports · Schedule weekly meeting with the client, capture the pain points, take minutes, address the pain points and track them to closure · Using your Payments Testing knowledge, be onsite at Client site when required, working alongside and guiding them through the System Integration, User Acceptance, Schemes Cert Test Phases etc. · Reviewing functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables ·  Work closely with the project team to guarantee quality of delivery and ensure all outputs are aligned with key project success metrics · Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms · Able to co-ordinate and work with onshore and offshore teams · Assist in the release process and with improving and automating the process · Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members · Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management · Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements and creating a Requirements Traceability Matrix as required ·  Track and monitor defects in JIRA, schedule defects triage with development team and Clients as required · Comply with all FIS policies and procedures · Other related duties assigned as needed. What you will need: • Min. 8+ years’ experience in a Software testing role and must have experience in any of the FIS products ( Connex, IST CLR&MAS, DN) • A background with financial services industry practices, regulations and processes • Transaction switching or Payments Testing experience (eftpos, card schemes MCard/Visa etc.) • Experience in testing using stubs and simulators • Experience in Schemes Certification testing • Experience in leading test teams through System Integration Testing test phases *Leadership experience to mentor and guide QA Analysts • Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies. • A bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related discipline, or the equivalent experience • Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally • Organizational and time management skills • To be a self-starter with proven ability to work independently Added bonus if you have: • Experience in the following Applications: IST/Merchant Account & Settlement (MAS), IST/Clearing (CLR), Data Navigator, Connex &/or Webpay/Digipay • Experience in the following Tools/Sims: Test Rail, Jira, FINsim • ISTQB Foundation Software Testing certification • Knowledge of network message standards - AS2805 or ISO standardsWhat we offer you: • An exciting opportunity be a part of Worlds Leading FinTech Product MNC • To be a part of vibrant team and to build up a career on core banking/payments domain • A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities FIS is your final career step! • Time to support charities and give back in your community Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
