**Role: IT Asset Management Analyst** **Location:** Pune, Hyderabad **Company:** One of the top 3 investment banks. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Manage endtoend IT Asset Lifecycle** Handling assets from acquisition to tracking, management, and final disposal. 2. **Inventory & Store Management** Performing physical inventory tasks, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining asset records. 3. **Understanding Customer Needs** Engaging with end users, identifying their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a smooth experience. 4. **Collaborating With Stakeholders** Working with procurement, vendors, operations, security, and talent teams to ensure seamless asset flow. 5. **Compliance & Controls** Supporting the 3Cs of ITAM Controls, Compliance & Customer Service across all asset-related processes. 6. **Process Improvement** Learning existing processes, documenting them, and creating new processes where required. 7. **Data Management & Reporting** Using advanced Microsoft Excel features for reporting, analysis, and decision support. 8. **Tool Usage** Working with incident/service request tools and IT Asset Management systems for day-to-day operations. 9. **Team Collaboration & Escalation** Sharing knowledge, assisting team members, and escalating issues when needed for timely closure.
