**TCS is Hiring IT Business Partner – Indirect Procurement (SAP Ariba)** Experience: 5+ Location: Bengaluru **Role Overview** We are seeking a dynamic IT Business Partner to support **Indirect Procurement** functions by aligning technology solutions with business objectives. This role will play a key part in driving digital transformation across procurement processes, with a strong focus on **SAP Ariba–based platforms** . The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to enhance sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management processes through effective use of technology. This is a **hybrid role** , requiring a mix of remote work and **regular on-site presence** to enable effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the primary IT partner for **Indirect Procurement** teams - Drive the implementation, adoption, and optimization of **SAP Ariba solutions** across sourcing and purchasing processes - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable IT solutions - Support **end-to-end indirect procurement processes** , including sourcing, contracting, requisitioning, invoicing, and supplier lifecycle management - Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements - Work closely with IT teams and vendors on system enhancements, integrations (e.g., ERP/SAP S/4HANA), and issue resolution - Manage demand intake, prioritization, and alignment with procurement and IT roadmaps - Support system releases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities - Provide functional support for users and ensure timely resolution of production issues - Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and security standards **Skills & Experience** - 5–10 years of IT experience with strong exposure to **Indirect Procurement processes** - Hands-on experience with **SAP Ariba modules** (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, SCC & Commerce Automation preferred) - Solid understanding of **Source-to-Contract (S2C)** and **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)** processes - Experience with Ariba integrations (e.g., Cloud Integration Gateway, ERP integration, master data, supplier enablement) - Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience in incident management, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives - Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is a plus
