**Educational Requirements** Bachelor of Engineering **Service Line** Data Analytics Unit **Responsibilities** - Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports - Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements - Design and implement data models, DAX calculations, and KPIs - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple data sources - Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy - Create interactive visualizations and drill-down reports - Integrate Power BI with various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.) - Schedule data refreshes and manage Power BI Service - Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues - Follow best practices in data governance, security, and access control **Additional Responsibilities:** - 25 years of experience in Power BI or related BI tools (adjust based on role) - Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS - Understanding of business domains (Finance, Sales, Healthcare, etc.) - Experience with large datasets and performance tuning **Technical and Professional Requirements:** - Strong experience in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service - Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) - Experience with data modeling and star schema design - Good knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation - Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts - Experience working with Excel, Azure, or other data platforms - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience with Azure Data Factory / Synapse / Databricks - Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (optional) - Certifications like:Microsoft Certified: PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) - Experience in an Agile environment **Preferred Skills:** - Technology->Business Intelligence - Visualization->MSBI (Power BI)
