With **26 FDA-cleared indications** , we are helping shape the future of AI-driven healthcare. **The Opportunity** We have an exciting opportunity for an **IT Infra Engineer** to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day user support, resolving L1 technical issues, preparing and maintaining laptops/desktops, managing user accounts, groups and access through Active Directory, supporting basic network, VPN, Wi-Fi and email-related issues, maintaining IT assets, monitoring antivirus and endpoint health, and updating IT documentation, network diagrams and knowledge base articles. We are looking for someone with good troubleshooting skills, basic networking knowledge, hands-on experience in desktop support, and strong communication skills. **What You’ll Own & Drive** · Provide day-to-day IT support for internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access-related issues. · Own ticket resolution from intake to closure, ensuring timely updates, proper documentation, and strong user communication. · Support laptop, desktop, printer, peripheral, and mobile device setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. · Manage user onboarding and offboarding activities, including system provisioning, account setup, access control, and asset allocation. · Monitor and resolve issues related to Wi-Fi, VPN, email, collaboration tools, operating systems, and business applications. · Maintain IT assets, inventory records, device health, and compliance with internal IT policies. · Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT, infrastructure, security, or vendor teams while tracking them through resolution. **What Success Looks Like** In the first 6–12 months, you will: · Build a strong understanding of the company’s IT environment, support processes, tools, security policies, and escalation workflows. · Independently handle common L1/L2 support requests across devices, applications, network connectivity, and user access. · Improve ticket response and resolution quality through consistent documentation, follow-ups, and user-focused communication. · Support employee onboarding and offboarding smoothly by ensuring timely device readiness, account creation, and access management. · Help maintain accurate IT asset inventory and contribute to better tracking of laptops, peripherals, licenses, and assigned equipment. · Identify recurring IT issues and suggest process improvements, knowledge base articles, or automation opportunities. · Contribute to a stable, secure, and reliable IT support experience for employees across office and remote work setups. **Core Skills Required** · Strong troubleshooting skills across laptops, desktops, operating systems, printers, peripherals, and common business applications. · Hands-on experience with **Windows and/or macOS** setup, configuration, patching, and issue resolution. · Basic understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and connectivity troubleshooting. · Experience with user account management, access provisioning, password resets, and tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365. · Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, SLA tracking, incident management, and proper documentation practices. · Knowledge of endpoint security basics, antivirus tools, disk encryption, device compliance, and secure access practices. · Ability to support employee onboarding/offboarding, device allocation, software installation, and IT asset inventory management. · Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users. **Life at Qure** **Flexibility & Ownership** o Hybrid work culture o Relocation support (where applicable) o Opportunity to work on global markets **Growth & Learning** o Learning and development allowance o High ownership and accelerated career growth **Wellbeing** o Comprehensive health insurance o Free online doctor consultations o Unlimited therapy sessions o Fitness & wellness allowance **Culture & Community** o Annual and team offsites o Complimentary meals at the office o Gaming zone (yes - including a PS5) **Our Values** · **Humble:** Curious, open to feedback, and focused on team success over individual credit. · **Hungry:** High ownership, relentless drive, and a constant push for better outcomes. · **Smart:** Structured thinking with empathy, solving complex problems with clarity and strong collaboration **.** **Our inclusive workspace || Applicant Privacy Policy**
