IT infra Executive/Assistant Manager (Basis, VM Ware)

**Role & responsibilities** BASIS - Candidate will be responsible for managing SAP ABAP & Java systems (ECC ERP, Business Warehouse / BW, Enterprise Portal / EP, Process Orchestration /PI/PO), SAP Business Objects / BOBJ, SAP Content Server / SAP DMS and standalone SAP engines like Web Dispatcher, SAP Router, etc., for 4000+ SAP Users. - Will be responsible for support, availability and performance tuning for SAP HANA DB, SAP MaxDB and other database like Oracle and MySQL. - Responsible to administer and control Apache and Tomcat web servers. - Candidate will be required to work with SUSE Linux, IBM AIX & Windows server operating systems to manage SAP and supporting business applications. - Will be responsible to schedule and take the backup of SAP database from DB12 or operating system as required. - Candidate will be responsible to work with IBM Spectrum (Tivoli) for backup management. - Candidate will be part of SAP BASIS administration team and is expected to know and develop knowledge in area of SAP NetWeaver BASIS Administration, SAP Database Administration (HANA / Sybase/ Oracle). VM Ware • Monitor, manage and troubleshoot, install, upgrade and patch Windows Server Operating systems. • Must be proficient in managing Active Directory objects like Users, Computers, Group Policy, and OUs, etc. • Should be able to setup, manage and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP with Window Servers. • Must be manage VMWare virtualization, VSAN, VCenter, ESXI upgrades and patching, SRM, vSphere replication, VMWare Horizon VDI. • Must have experience of carrying out fixing of vulnerability assessment. • Must be able to identify and report server/system capacity limits, take corrective actions. • Will be responsible for ensuring that system backups are happening as per defines policy’s and take corrective actions for failures. • Will do IT asset management of Data Center Infrastructure in terms of its record keeping, updating it as per changes and generate reports for asset management system. • Will coordinate with FMS/Support employee for getting services delivered. • Will be responsible to create and maintain documentation of processes. • Shall carry out evaluation & implementation for new requirements/projects.
