Manages corporate and third party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues. **Management Level Definition:** Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. **Role summary** The Project Manager leads complex, multi region IT projects that impact core enterprise platforms and services. You will own outcomes end to end translating business goals into executable plans, driving delivery across cross functional teams, and ensuring projects meet commitments on scope, schedule, budget, quality, security, and compliance. We re looking for a builder and a finisher: someone who takes ownership of the plan, the team, the risks, and the results and who maintains high accountability for measurable outcomes in the IT domain. **What you ll do** - Own delivery from concept to closure for internal IT initiatives in Infrastructure area (Network, Compute- Windows/Unix , Storage, cloud, Data Centre , SRE , DB etc ) - Drive accountability to outcomes: define success metrics, baselines, and targets; track value realization (cost, efficiency, reliability, TCE) and report progress transparently. - Plan and control: build integrated project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource models; maintain rigorous change, risk, and issue management. - Lead cross functional teams (>20 resources across countries/vendors) and foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and psychological safety. - Engage senior stakeholders: synthesize complex information, present clear options and trade offs, and secure timely decisions. - Manage financials: meet/exceed approved budgets; provide reliable forecasts and variance analyses. - Assure IT quality compliance: align to architecture standards, cybersecurity controls, data privacy, regulatory requirements, and PMO governance. - Land the change: partner with operations, support, and training to ensure successful cutover, stabilization, and sustained outcomes. - Close with rigor: confirm deliverables, capture lessons learned, complete financial reconciliation, and ensure knowledge transfer. **Ownership accountability (what this means here)** - You are the single point owner for project delivery: you proactively surface risks, propose mitigations, and escalate with data and options not surprises. - You connect outcomes to business value: uptime, performance, user experience, security posture, and total cost are explicit and tracked. - You hold the team (and yourself) to commitments: when trade offs are needed, you drive informed decisions and document impacts. **What you need to bring :** **Qualifications** **Education** : Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus). **Experience** : Minimum 8-12 years of experience leading complex IT projects or programs in large enterprises. **Methodologies tools** : Expert in project management methods (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid), with proficiency in portfolio/PM tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM, SPIRA, Azure DevOps/Jira, Power BI). **Skills:** - Strategic planning, integrated scheduling, and dependency management - Financial management (budgeting, forecasting, benefits tracking) - Stakeholder management up to senior/executive levels - Vendor/partner leadership and contract awareness - Risk, issue, and change control with data driven decision support - Strong written/verbal communication and executive storytelling **Certifications:** Must be PMP/ PRINCE2 certified or planning to get certified in next 6 months.
