Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead large deal pursuits**: Drive end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ responses in collaboration with Account teams, Service Practices, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders. - **Craft winning narratives**: Develop compelling win themes, storylines, and value messaging aligned to client business priorities, pain points, and strategic objectives. - **Proactive opportunity shaping**: Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to conceptualize differentiated, proactive pitches and POV-led engagements. - **Drive client engagement & account mining**: Partner with Account teams to engage early in the sales cycle, shape opportunities, identify whitespace, and drive cross-sell/up-sell of relevant offerings. **Key Success Metrics** - **Win Rate & Conversion:** Improvement in deal win rate and pipeline-to-closure conversion - **Bid Excellence:** Timely, compliant, and high-quality RFP submissions with strong differentiation - **Pipeline Influence:** Contribution to pipeline creation, qualification, and deal shaping - **Account Expansion:** Number and value of new solutions/offerings introduced and scaled within accounts
