**Job Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** **Client SoC Physical Design team** - Disk and Compute projections: Collecting monthly disk and compute projections from project leads and sharing them with the Point of Contact, for updates in the forecast tool. - Disk requests and permissions: Raising new disk requests and handling permission changes through the storage portal / ds-tools based on project lead requirements. - Resource mapping: Supporting and maintaining resource mapping activities for the team. - LSF grid portal access: member addition/deletion for PD groups. - Disk reclaim activities: Working on disk reclaim efforts to ensure actual usage aligns with projected disk requirements. - Autometa checklist updates: Coordinating updates in Autometa for checklists in collaboration with the respective owners and approvers. - Creating Jira for New Projects - Confluence page creation - DL creation for the new projects **KPIS** - Timely collection and submission of disk and compute projections - Timely processing of disk requests and permissions. - Efficient allocation of portal access to engineers. - Progress in disk reclaim activities against projections - Timely coordination and completion of Autometa checklist updates **Work Experience** **Work from office on all days (5) of the week no Work from Home - location Hyderabad** For Disks: Storage Portal Tool and ds-tools - Computes: LSF dashboard and Grid portal - MS-Office - Atlassian Confluence - Atlassian Jira - Autometa
