IT Project Manager (Technical)

Job description

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who combines strong project management capabilities with a solid technical background in Java-based enterprise applications. Experience: 12+ Years What we are looking for : Strong technical understanding of Java and enterprise application development. Proven experience managing end-to-end software development projects. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred. Ability to work as a Technical Project Manager, effectively bridging business and engineering teams. Experience collaborating with stakeholders, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery. Good understanding of modern technologies and architecture, including cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, distributed systems, DevOps, and AI/GenAI trends. Excellent communication, leadership, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
