**Role & responsibilities** - Source and attract IT professionals for lateral hiring through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and role fit. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and technical panels. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. - Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports while ensuring timely closure of open positions. **Preferred candidate profile** Comfortable with 5 days work from office Interested candidates can also share their resumes on **ssc.gpatnaik@cma-cgm.com** with the subject line "**Profile for IT Recruiter"**
