IT Risk Analyst

**Position Overview** We are seeking an IT Risk - Control Plan professional to join our team in Chennai, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing IT controls defined at the Group level, as well as identifying and mitigating IT and cyber risks. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international bank and contribute to the development of best-in-class risk management solutions. **Job Responsibilities** - Coordinate and execute IT controls defined at the Group level, including IT Change controls, IT Outsourcing controls, Availability and Continuity controls, IT Security controls, and Data integrity controls - Prepare and launch control campaigns, including scheduling, execution, and follow-up - Analyze control results, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address deficiencies - Communicate control results and action plans to stakeholders - Continuously monitor and report on incidents during the execution of control campaigns - Contribute to the development and improvement of control processes and procedures - Collaborate with the Control and Continuous Monitoring team (CCM) to ensure effective control execution and continuous monitoring **Required Skills and Experience** - At least 5 years of experience in IT audit or risk management - Master's degree or equivalent in a related field - IT audit experience, with knowledge of ServiceNow - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to deliver results and drive process improvements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **About the Company** BNP Paribas is a leading international bank with a strong presence in Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.
