Accountable for the end-to-end service, program/project delivery and ongoing management of a specific IT Solution/Product. Manages virtual functional team to ensure that the IT Solution/Product is optimized to achieve business goals while maximizing return on investment. Translates business requirements into technical IT requirements. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN • Application Development: Assist in design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot. • UI Integration: Implement dynamic user interfaces with JSP and Thymeleaf templates. • Database Management: Work with MySQL for data storage and retrieval, ensuring efficient queries and schema design. • Persistence Frameworks: Utilize MyBatis or Hibernate for ORM and data persistence. • Version Control: Collaborate with team members using SVN and Git for source code management. • API Development: Build and consume RESTful APIs to integrate with external systems and services. • Unit Testing: Write and execute unit tests using frameworks like JUnit or TestNG to ensure code quality. • Testing Knowledge: Apply basic testing principles, including functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing. • Documentation Skills: Contribute to technical documentation, including code comments, API references, and user guides. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Qualifications Must have: • Bachelor or Post graduation or equivalent degree with 8 - 12years of proficiency in Java programming. • Experience with Spring MVC and Spring Boot frameworks. • Familiarity with JSP and Thymeleaf for front-end development. • Basic knowledge of MySQL database operations. • Experience with version control systems (SVN, Git). Good to have: • Understanding of persistence frameworks such as MyBatis or Hibernate. • Ability to design and implement REST APIs.
