**Role & responsibilities** Being part of Global IT team, providing technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner Colaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute opportunities for automation and process improvement Onboarding new employees, including setup of systems and delivering training Create documentation and training materials to support end users and internal IT teams, contributing to policies and procedures across the company Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT automation and support, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity Assist and manage local and regional assets for the organization, including shipping and returning laptops and other devices.
