It Technical Analyst (Blue Yonder WMS)

Job description

**Experience:** - Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. 3-5 years of experience. - The IT Technical Analyst Blue Yonder WMS is responsible for driving functional excellence across warehouse operations by configuring BY WMS capabilities, supporting daytoday system needs, and ensuring process alignment with business requirements. - This role acts as the bridge between operations, IT development teams, and business stakeholders to deliver stable, scalable solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with warehouse operations to understand process needs and translate them into BY WMS functional requirements. - Perform system configuration (locations, picking strategies, rules, work templates, allocation methods, user roles). - Conduct root-cause analysis for production issues and collaborate with technical teams for permanent fixes. - Support SIT/UAT testing, validate end-to-end flows, and ensure data accuracy across integrated systems. - Maintain functional documentation, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and configuration logs. - Manage enhancement requests, prioritize functional backlog, and coordinate deployment with project teams. - Monitor system integrations and coordinate with ERP/TMS specialists for data alignment. - Ensure compliance with IT policies, change management processes, and audit/regulatory expectations. **Qualifications** - Strong functional knowledge of warehouse operations and BY WMS modules (Receiving, Inventory, Picking, Shipping). - Ability to interpret MOCA logs and troubleshoot functional issues. - Experience with SQL queries for data validation. - Excellent communication skills to interface with crossfunctional teams and business users.
