**Must-Have** 1. 8+ years of exp in ITOM discovery, service mapping, event mgmt. and CMDB 2. Exp in integrating monitoring tools especially Elastic and dynatrace 3. CSA and ITOM Certifications preferred. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and custom development for extending ITOM and AIOps capabilities Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) to support cloud discovery and modern infrastructure
