**Greetings from TCS!!!** **Role: ITSM Service Manager** **Experience required:** 7 to 15 years **Location:-** Bangalore **Must-Have** 1. Hands on experience on distributed systems in a cloud architecture both private and public cloud. 2. Hands on experience in ITSM processes Incident management, Problem management, Change Management, Knowledge Management and SLA based delivery. 3. Hands on experience in service delivery reports, Availability reports and governance with customer. 4. Knowledge on cloud SLAs and SLA based delivery mechanism 5. Good technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure components viz. compute, network, security 6. Create detailed RCA documents. 7. Create and mange run books, SOPs on cloud operations 8. Good Communication skills 9. Awesome team management skills **Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role** 1. Execute IT Operations for a financial institution. Responsible to do proactive maintenance, monitoring and ensure compliance of IT systems. 2. Batches execution and monitoring ensure smooth back office operations 3. Security testing and monitoring – Vulnerability assessments, Penetration testing 4. Proven experience in project management, program management, change management, operational excellence, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. 5. Strong skills in lean management principles and practices. 6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 7. Managing and supervising a team of employees 8. Analyzing and improving processes to increase efficiency and productivity 9. Identifying and resolving operational problems and issues
