**Job Description** 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience. Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB). Experience in Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Automation. Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, business rules, client scripts, and workflow development. **Responsibilities** Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs and web services. Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and Service Mapping. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and support platform enhancements. ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS) preferred. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. **Qualifications** Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs and web services.
