***Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services!!*** **We are hiring : Japanese Bilingual (N3, N2 or N4)** **Experience : 2 to 4 years** **Location : Pune and Chennai** **Must-Have** Japanese language proficiency JLPT N3 or above (mandatory) Experience in L1 Support / IT Monitoring operations Understanding of incident management and IT support workflows Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English **Responsibilities** Provide L1 support for applications and infrastructure as per SLAs Perform system monitoring and proactive issue identification Log, prioritize, and escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams as needed Coordinate with Japanese customers and internal teams for issue updates Maintain accurate tickets, documentation, and shift handovers **Thanks & Regards** **Sumit Bindhani** **Tata Consultancy Services**
