Job description

- Translate between Japanese and English (JPEN / ENJP) - Able to create Standard Operating Procedures with minimal supervision - Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiently - Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English - Work with global counterparts, especially teams based in Japan with less supervision - Participating in project activities to improve bilingual skills in a fun and engaging way - Able to manage customersconcerns or queries - A members should have 1-3 years of experience directly working with Japanese customers. - Open mindset to adopt new and advance technologies. - At least with N3 JLPT certification or above language skills (certification is an advantage) - Any Graduate - Strong communication skills - Good analytical skills and logical thinking mindset - Good attitude, problem-solving ability, and global mindset - Having good knowledge of MS Office and advance excel skills - Good to have Power Automate or Power BI knowledge - Relocation Supported: Yes - Visa Sponsorship Approved: No
