**Role: Japanese Bilingual Expert** **Location:Pune /Chennai** **Exp: 2-4 years** **Required skilss:** - Provide L1 support for applications and infrastructure as per defined SLAs. - Perform system monitoring and identify potential issues proactively. - Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely escalation to L2/L3 teams when required. - Communicate with Japanese customers and internal teams for issue updates and clarifications. - Record incident details accurately in ticketing tools and maintain documentation. - Conduct basic troubleshooting using SOPs. - Ensure continuous service availability and participate in shift handovers. - Support routine operational checks and reporting. **Education :** - Any graduate degree. - JLPT certification is mandatory.
