**Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services!!** **We are hiring : Japanese Bilingual (N3, N2 or N4)** **Experience : 2 to 6 years** **Location : Pune and Chennai** **Must-Have** - Japanese language proficiency JLPT N3 or above (mandatory) - Experience in L1 Support / IT Monitoring operations - Understanding of incident management and IT support workflows - Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English **Responsibilities** - Provide L1 support for applications and infrastructure as per SLAs - Perform system monitoring and proactive issue identification - Log, prioritize, and escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams as needed - Coordinate with Japanese customers and internal teams for issue updates - Maintain accurate tickets, documentation, and shift handovers
