Job description

Job Role - Java + AI Exp- 7+ Years Location - Gurgaon - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices. - Build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into business applications. - Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for AI-driven platforms. - Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and implement prompt engineering techniques. - Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases. - Integrate AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration tools. - Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Product Owners, and Architects. - Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments. - Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and best practice initiatives. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership. Educational Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Nice to Have - AI Agent development experience. - Exposure to NLP and Machine Learning techniques. - Experience in banking, healthcare, telecom, or enterprise product development domains. - Relevant cloud or AI certifications.
