**Software Development Engineer** ================================= **Location**HYD Campus, Hyderabad **Years of Experience**5-7 Years **Job Summary**We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer with a strong background in Java development and database management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for backend coding, database design, and system integration, while also providing mentorship to junior developers. This role requires a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * **Backend Coding**Write clean, efficient Java code for data processing and system integration. * **Database Management**Design Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuning scripts. * **System Integration**Build and support interfaces linking Loan IQ with external downstream systems. * **Mentorship \& Leadership**Act as a technical reference point for junior developers on the team. * **Code Review**Review code to ensure compliance with standards and optimal performance. **Mandatory Skills** * **Java**Proficient in Core Java, Spring Boot, and multi-threading environments. * **Database**Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills, including query optimization. * **Tools**Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. * **Deal Breaker Skill**Service Dev Foundation. **Preferred Skills** * **Domain Knowledge**Solid understanding of commercial lending, syndication, and loan servicing (Good to have). **Qualifications** * **Communication**Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * **Problem Solving**Strong debugging skills across multi-tier financial applications. ##### **Key Job Details** ###### **Primary Location** Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India ###### **Job Type** Experienced ###### **Required Experience** 10 ###### **Skill** DE-Spring Boot, Spring Security. ###### **Travel** No ###### **Date Posted** 22/07/2026
