**About Position:** We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise-grade backend applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Apache Kafka for real-time event-driven solutions.
