**Job Title:** Java Backend Engineer - AI/GenAI **Experience:** 5-8 Years **Location:** Bangalore (Mandatory) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary:** We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs, along with hands-on experience in Python-based AI/Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable backend systems and developing, fine-tuning, and integrating AI/LLM models into enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. - Build and optimize RESTful APIs for high-performance enterprise applications. - Develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Python. - Work on Large Language Models (LLMs), model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI model deployment. - Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-powered workflows. - Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities with enterprise applications and backend services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions. - Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and scalability.
