Java Developer

Job description

The team is expanding and looking for Java developers who can actively contribute to the project, provide technical inputs, and guide the team with effective solutions. **Tech Stack (Required)** - Java (6/8/17): Strong understanding of core Java, OOPs, Collections, and backend development. - Spring / Spring Boot: Experience building REST APIs and backend services. - ReactJS: Good working knowledge of building UI components and integrating with APIs. - SQL Databases: Ability to work with relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/MS SQL). - Version Control: Experience with Git-based repositories. - CI/CD Exposure: Basic understanding of build and deployment pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps preferred). - Microsoft Environment: Experience working in MS-based development or deployment environments (good to have). **Responsibilities** - Develop and enhance Java-based applications to support business needs. - Perform system analysis, evaluate business enhancement requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and implement IT solutions aligned with business objectives and project requirements. - Support the delivery and end-to-end implementation of project deliverables. - Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solution usability, maintainability, and performance. - Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration. **Required Experience & Skills** - Strong hands-on experience with Java (6 or 8 or 17). - Experience working with React for front-end development. - Exposure to Microsoft technologies. - Prior experience working on projects in the banking or financial domain (preferred). - Ability to contribute ideas, troubleshoot issues, and guide less experienced team members. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage. **Location:** Pune and Hyderabad **Work Mode:** Hybrid
