**Role & responsibilities** Strong experience with Puppet configuration management Hands-on expertise in ELK stack administration and monitoring Experience with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance Experience in end-to-end SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment Good understanding of enterprise application integration Good-to-Have Experience in BFSI domain applications Experience with cloud platforms Hands-on experience in Java Knowledge of other DevOps tools (Ansible, Jenkins) Knowledge of microservices architecture Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow). Exposure to Agile / DevOps delivery models **Preferred candidate profile** 1 Develop and maintain Java-based applications with integrated ELK monitoring 2 Manage and automate infrastructure using Puppet 3 Implement and maintain monitoring/logging using ELK 4 Ensure system stability and performance 5 Support incidents, root cause analysis, and automation initiatives 6 Support application observability, logging, and diagnostics 7 ELK stack (log analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting) 8 Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions 9 Provide production support and participate in defect resolution and continuous improvement 10 Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications 11 Work closely with operations and support teams for production stability 12 Work closely with business analysts, testing teams, infrastructure teams, and release management during change and release cycles. 13 Participate in DR drills, audits, and compliance reviews. 14 Proactively identify opport
