**Role** : Java FSD AWS **Experience** : 5 years **Work Mode** : All 5 days WFO **Work Timings** : 2PM to 11PM **Location** : Chennai \& Hyderabad **Primary Skills** : Java FSD, AWS Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with over 8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud, and modern UI technologies. This role involves leading development teams, driving technical solutions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications. Responsibilities - --------------- * Lead and mentor development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. * Design and implement scalable and secure web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. * Drive technical solutions and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. * Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. * Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. * Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings. Mandatory Skills - --------------- * Strong foundation in Full Stack development. * Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. * Experience with AWS Cloud services. * Familiarity with modern UI technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). * Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical solutions. Preferred Skills - --------------- * Experience with microservices architecture. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. * Understanding of Agile methodologies. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Qualifications - ------------- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
